• Heat packs, cold packs, or insulated packaging may be added based on weather conditions with additional shipping cost.

• Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving their shipment if there are any issues, including DOA (dead on arrival) cases.

• Claims for DOA must include photographic evidence and be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
4.2 Non-Live Products:
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened products.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
